Refund policy
RETURNS: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn,
unused, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase
is required. To start a return, please contact us at refund@way2clothing.com. Returns
sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you
will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. REFUNDS: After we
receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If
approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable
timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Original
shipping costs are non-refundable. RETURN SHIPPING: Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. DAMAGED OR
INCORRECT ITEMS: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged,
defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and
resolve it. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Certain items cannot be returned, including custom
or personalized products and selected limited releases. If you are unsure whether your
item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return. EXCHANGES: We do not
offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please return your
original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
